The 1002J/1202 model takes the bulldozing as the main operation and takes account of farmland operations. The main clutch is made of dry type, double disc and disc spring, and has the advantages of long service life, small pedal control force, and convenient adjustment of the external small brake. On the basis of 100 - 2 tractor, the transmission ratio of the gearbox is improved reasonably, the gear allocation is optimized, the speed of reverse gear is increased, and the operation efficiency is improved. The end drive is a simple supported beam structure, which makes the driving gear more reasonable, and the fixed rear axle housing baffle greatly improves the support stiffness and sealing performance of the box and rear axle. The triangle swaying block hydraulic adjusting and guiding tensioning device can effectively protect the key components such as the front beam, the crank shaft and the frame. The support of the trolley is sealed by floating seal, and the sealing is reliable. The brake is a two-way floating brake, which not only improves the braking capacity, but also meets the braking requirements of the upper and lower slopes. Steering control adopts hydraulic booster, steering control is light and labor-saving.
